CRM Lifecycle Emails

I worked closely with stakeholders to redesign all of the lifecycle email templates in the Australian, European and US market. 15 different emails per region. Onboarding/welcome, referral/referee, reactivation and retention. Oh boy!

One of the things I love about Dinnerly and designing for it was the mix of illustration with photography, I think this brings the brand to life and hits home the quirky and fun personality which I was really able to adapt with this brief. The Onboarding/Welcome emails were about showcasing the product to new customers, we shot new content which I concepted and art directed.
